all payments in USD via paypal, ko-fi, or vgen.
Commission shall be paid in full after the artist sends over the concept sketch.
Commissions are NON-refundable after payment UNLESS the artist decides to cancel the commission, or if the artist is the only one at fault for missing a rush-order deadline.
wait-time usually spans between 2 weeks - 4 months depending on size of the commission. Vtuber models take the longest to complete, regular illustrations take less time.
rush orders will have an added $50 on top of the commission price.
payment plans are accepted for orders $80 or over.
The client reserves the right to use the commission for their personal usage, this includes but not limited to print for personal display, wallpaper, posted as profile icons on websites/social medias as long as they give proper credits to the artist.
The artist will request revision approvals while in the sketch and coloring phases. (Pre-rendering). These revisions cannot lead to backtracking already approved steps, nor drastically increase the amount of work planned for the commission.
NFT AND AI - You are prohibited from using my work as an NFT and promoting NFTs, under any circumstances. You are also prohibited from feeding my work into any AI image generator, under any circumstances.
